What we collect, and why.

This notice covers govog.tech and the form you use to request access to GOVOG. Last updated 10 October 2026.

What we collect

When you request access, we receive the details you type into the form: your full name, your government position, your country and your work email address, together with a reference number the form creates. We collect nothing else through the form.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your request: to decide on access, to contact you about it, and, if access is granted, to manage it. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Where it is kept

Submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes them on our behalf. Netlify may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

For as long as your request is open and, if you are given access, for as long as you have it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. To understand how many people visit and which pages they read, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, without fingerprinting and without collecting personal data. The fonts are served from this site itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Write to hello@govog.tech and we will act on it.
